**About the role**:
As a TA Team Lead LATAM in the Talent Acquisition function, you will be seen as a true expert in your field, be able to consistently deliver quality and diverse talent for the organization that builds and strengthens our future talent pipeline in order to position Kerry as the first choice for top talent. As well as working within a defined regional capacity, this role will be a key interface into the Business that will position Kerry as the first choice for top talent while managing a strong team of professionals.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for recruitment delivery activity, managing volume and salaried hiring throughout the full recruitment process - nurturing close working relationships with hiring managers through the vacancy lifecycle including thorough briefing calls and weekly updates.
- Liaise and partner with external agency's / partners as and when required
- Become 'expert' user of our applicant tracking system, Success Factors, ensuring compliance in Talent Acquisition activity across the ATS to ensure full compliance.
- Implement and execute talent-sourcing strategies to support and build out pipelines for current and future hiring demands for locality.
- Implement and execute recruitment marketing for just in time recruitment.
- To supervise, coach and guide the talent acquisition team. Upskill team members, rotate roles for development purposes and support the career development aspirations of team members.

**Qualifications and skills**:
**Service Delivery**:
Fill volume & standardised salaried roles according to business priorities and SLA's - Drive pipeline quality through active and real-time comm with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Marketing COE and Onshore TA Lead (as appropriate) - Roll up pipeline issues & recalibrate with Hiring Managers with support from Onshore TA Lead where applicable - Deliver market data decisions and communication to Hiring Managers when appropriate - Maintain consistent & centralised process - 100% Data accuracy, job posting compliance and system compliance.

**Technology Enablement**:
Advanced use of MS office including Power BI

LinkedIn

Advanced ATS Skills

Previous experience with SAP Successfactors HRIS and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite would be a significant advantage

**Legal / Regulatory**:
Up to date knowledge of employment law legislation for locations supported by role

Understanding of Recruitment marketing channels

**Development of self and others**:
Ability to build pipelines through ATS, "Evergreen" requisition skills

Use of Data & Insights to influence, analyse market data

**Language and Communication**:
High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.

Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer groups.

Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.

Proficiency in one or more additional foreign language would be a significant advantage (in particular Indonesian Bahasa, Chinese, Thai, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese)

**Experience**:
8+ Year's Experience, Bachelors Degree, Advanced market mapping skills, project management

Employees, Managers, Peers within GBS (Tier 1 & Tier 2), Global Experience & Solution Lead for Talent Services, HR Centre's Of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Operations, Finance, 3rd party vendors & Regulatory bodies
