That's what #LifeAtCummins is all about.We are looking for a talented Site PFR Manager to join our team**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:- Manage a team of Financial Analysts, being a trainer and mentor of financial analysts.- Assign work according to availability, skills and development needs, as well as evaluate performance and provide feedback to the team.- Manage the Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis function for all Component entities within Sitio Juárez (including: CES; CEC and CSE).- Work closely with the JLC finance team to ensure the appropriate x-charging measures are implemented.- Dealing with business partners with management to deliver financial results while identifying potential areas of opportunity and risk.- Coordinate financial modeling and analysis in support of business decisions.**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:- Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or similar- Strong knowledge in Accounting.- Solid experience with planning, reporting and financial analysis of different entities.- Personnel management.- Experience in direct dealing with business partners.- Ability to communicate at different levels.- Familiar with financial analysis for business decision making.- Experience in manufacturing industry.**Skills**- Communication at different levels- People development- Flexible way of speaking- Attached to the values of the company- People Management- Proactive- Attention to details**Qualifications****Skills**Financial Reporting - Analyzes financial data by evaluating results and solutions to support business decisions; prepares and presents financial information by summarizing data to communicate results in compliance with regulations and stakeholder expectations; partners with stakeholders to drive financial performance that aligns to organizational goals and strategies.Business Partnering - Collaborates with stakeholders and develops partnerships to drive performance that aligns to organizational goals and strategies; influences the organization by demonstrating knowledge of the business to provide guidance to support the decision making process and guiding the business towards positive results and organizational alignment; evaluates business environment using measures to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities
