**Job Description** The Team**:
Our Sales Team, represents Mattel Latin America for our clients. In our area we develop large business plans, that ensure our clients' growth and development in the toy industry. In addition, we always seek to be the best Business Partner and to achieve this, besides of working as a team with Logistics, Marketing and Finance we must acquire in-depth knowledge of each market needs and of our clients opportunities.

**The Opportunity**:
Mattel is currently seeking a **Junior Mattel Player Sales (Intern) **; this role will be a member of a dynamic team.

**What Your Impact Will Be***
- Perform and analyze key reports used for decision making within the team
- Weekly analysis of sales, inventory level, travel level
- Support for portfolio cataloging process
- Review portfolio visibility on the site and implementation of discounts
- Coordination of small projects with other areas (marketing, field, trade marketing).
- Develop monthly brandstore proposal according to key seasonalities and site portfolio
- Follow up of pending and/or activities with the client
