RESPONSIBILITIES: Registration of journal entries in the local accounting system according to GMS.
Correlation of all tax receipts (CFDI) by journal entry of the income statement and balance sheet according to GMS and as requested by the tax authority.
Payroll
Subcontractor
Expenses Report
Records of payments made to suppliers and subcontractor
Preparation of payment complements for collections received from customers
Make accounting records of provisions, taxes and other expenses.
Record of supplier and subcontractor invoices
Review of expense reports made by employees
Generate reports for the review of national content
Accounting application of collections received
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Understanding of Accounts Receivable, Electronic Invoicing and Payment Complements, Accounts Payable, Review of Expenses in accordance with the provisions of LISR, Electronic Accounting.
Understanding of accounting, financial and tax concepts.
Intermediate English Level (Verbal and Written).
Experience in Excel Intermediate / Advanced Level (Use of formulas and pivot tables).
