Your day-to-day responsibilities include
- Participates in improvement projects of the processes and activities in scope at the GFS MX (O2C, P2P, and R2R) in accordance with budget and objectives decided by the GFS MX Governance.
- Assists the S&C Manager in preparing the GFS MX performance dashboards with inputs from S&C Manager.
- Assists in the coordination of internal and external audit engagements on the activities performed by the GFS MX.
- Maintains global process standardization, cleansing activities, maintenance and data quality improvement efforts in alignment with data strategy goals.
- Defines and ensures adherence to processes, procedures & policies for data management.
- Reviews Master Data for quality, completeness, and overall integrity of key data elements.
- Creates, supports and maintains data models, reports and dashboards as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements.
- Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new process and/or enhancements to the systems that support master data.
Drive changes that simplify the data collection and maintenance.
- Serves the focal point for all data matters in the GFS MX and works closely with process teams.
- Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing, with internal and external clients in a professional manner to resolve issues that arise.
- Reports to the Support and Control Manager.
