Job Description:Assume the general accounting team responsibilities, such as the closing process in SAP, Oracle, or JDE AS400.Approve the financial reports and bank account reconciliations.Coordinate intercompany processes and/or intercompany loans and dispute resolution.Maintain balance sheets, analyze activities within each account, conduct detailed sub-ledger preparation, and monthly reconciliations.Ensure the optimal recording of operations such as U.S. tax return paperwork, Fixed Assets Control, Additions and Retirements, CIP Control, Control of Petty Cash, Coordination of Cash and Payroll Modules with Accounting Module, CAPEX additions, and calculation and analysis of intercompany product quotations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience.US GAAP knowledge.Experience at a Financial Shared Service Center.Advanced knowledge of Excel.Internal control expertise.Specialist in accounting month-end closing.Cost analysis skills.Experience with AS 400, Oracle, or SAP.Advanced English proficiency.Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.Multi-task oriented, responsible, and organized.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.First Brands Group is a proud equal opportunity employer.
