Junior Analyst - Commercial Asset Management

GFG Real Estate Asset Management is a premier boutique asset management company deeply committed to delivering exceptional, bespoke services catering to each client's unique needs. We are seeking a Junior Analyst, for our Commercial Asset Management Mexico City, or Cancun.

As a Junior Analyst in our Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Analyst in maintaining a professional and timely reporting system for our clients. You will work closely with the Senior Analyst and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize our assets performance and drive actionable insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Updating weekly and monthly topline projections on our commercial reporting platforms.
- Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly positioning analysis for individual hotels and the portfolio, identifying findings and opportunities for commercial improvement.
- Support Senior Analyst on portfolios cost distribution and digital marketing plan analysis for client reporting.
- Maintaining a comprehensive top-line database on our platforms.
- Collaborating with the Finance Junior Analyst to prepare weekly and monthly client reports drafts, analyses, and commentaries.
- Contributing to and participating in projects related to business technology and intelligence platforms elevation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, including profit and loss statements and expenses analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and financial reporting platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
