RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with ServiceNow incidents, both automatic or raised by users
- Follow detailed support protocols, workflow and outlines
- Escalate cases based on complexity, priority and client requirements
- Validate data on websites of financial organizations
- Work with case sensitive data under tight SLA's
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2+ years of Level 1 experience in Application Support
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience (reporting (Power BI for at least 1 year), data analysis, data manipulation techniques)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with clients
- Ability to understand what macroeconomic category certain data may relate to
- Self-motivated personality and excellent problem-solving skills, can-do attitude
