**About our client**:An all-encompassing real estate firm specializing in assessing, analyzing, managing, and disposing of Manufactured Housing Communities.
They offer full-spectrum services to private owners, banks, special servicers, and court-appointed receivers.
**We are looking for a Junior Auditor to support the following activities**:- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and regulations by working closely with various departments, including onsite team members, regional managers, and training departments.- Conduct an in-depth review of multiple areas in the software, including, but not limited to, rent rolls, occupancy reports, and inventory.- Ensure policies are followed.- Conduct in-depth audits of leases and loans to ensure the accuracy of all documentation.
**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday_- Regular schedule: 7:30 a.M. to 4:30 p.M. CST MX- During daylight saving: 6:30 a.M. to 3:30 p.M. **Minimum requirements**:**MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
