We offer a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, packed with challenges and growth opportunities.What You'll Do:- Deeply understand how each step of our Management processes works, from providing support to the Admin, Finance, and Accounting teams to managing vendor relations and building effective partnerships.- Be coached in cross-company departments communication, learning how to conduct full-cycle procurement processes - from pre-approval to delivery.- Learn how to build successful and lasting business relations, with the ability to discuss terms and conditions and schedule timely deliveries.- Process internal financial information - such as employee credit card expense reports -, including verification of receipts and entering the data into our internal accounting system.- Assist the Accounting team with gathering supporting information for audits and/or financial institutions' compliance.Here's what we are looking for:- Students or recently graduated in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.- Good analytical abilities, someone who is quick to learn.- A good improviser!
