**Life at Klar**
We have a very international team with more than 30 nationalities working from Mexico City, Berlin, and remotely. Our founder Stefan Moller is also half German and Mexican, which allowed Klar to think globally since its inception.
**This position is to be performed onsite in our Mexico office.**
**Your daily adventures will be**:
We're currently looking for a Junior Business Architect (M/F/d) to help in the conversion and engagement strategies.
**Enhancing User Engagement Optimization**:
- Strategize Proactively: Develop proactive strategies that anticipate user needs and preferences, aligning campaigns and experiments with these insights to enhance user engagement optimization.
- Holistic Campaign Execution: Execute multi-channel campaigns that incorporate a variety of platforms and touchpoints, ensuring a comprehensive approach to engaging users and catering to their diverse preferences.
- Iterative Refinement: Continuously refine experiments by closely monitoring user interactions and feedback. Implement adjustments based on real-time data to maximize engagement and refine the user experience.
**Converting Users into Savings Products**:
- Targeted Conversion Strategies: Define targeted strategies that leverage user behavior data to identify the most opportune moments to introduce savings products, ensuring higher conversion rates.
- Personalized Experiences: Develop personalized experiences that highlight the benefits of savings products based on individual user financial behaviors and goals, increasing the likelihood of successful conversions.
- Streamlined Onboarding: Streamline the onboarding process for new users interested in savings products, making it intuitive and seamless to transition from interest to action.
This role will be working closely with the CMO and Head of Engagement and User Analytics and colleagues across Operations, Product, Design, Research, and Brand to bring your ideas to life.
