Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers . Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat. Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting. Provide information about products/services/policies Document Interactions Proficient level of Italian and English expert speaker . You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop. You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas. Excellence in communicating and problem-solving. Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus!
