As a **Junior Compliance Manager **you will responsible for leading third-party certification programs, export control and risk mapping; as well as carry out communication and constant training, regarding them.
Practice internal investigations on complaints received in the corporate line and promote the dissemination and training of the Code of Ethics and related policies of the company.
This position will report to Managing Senior Counsel.
**Key Responsibilities**- Administration of the Due Diligence program for third parties, support and training regarding it.- Export Control program administration, support and training.- Preparation, management and updating of the risk map of the region, by business unit and country.- Implementation of corporate certifications in terms of compliance.- Support for compliance with mandatory corporate training on compliance.
**Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources- Internal investigations, anti-corruption and prevention of operations with resources of illicit origin.- Due diligence processes and third-party certification.- Risk map creation- Communication and preparation of compliance training- 2+ years of experience in export control- Advanced English**You will have benefits: Holidays, Health Insurance, Life Insurance.
