**Responsibilities**:- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation- Help prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations- Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial transactions- Support the team in the month-end and year-end closing processes- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting- Participate in internal and external audit processes as required- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed**Requirements**:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance is a plus- Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks is a plus
