**Who we are**
Since 2013, MedTrainer has been focused on one thing: Empowering healthcare organizations through compliance automation. MedTrainer set out with a mission to solve healthcare's largest problems using a single platform.
Our success is attributed to over 300 dedicated professionals who strive to provide the best experience to our customers every day. MedTrainer and its management team continue to invest every day in the success of our people, culture, and customers.
- ** MedTrainer operates in the $800 billion US healthcare industry. **Healthcare is a huge, steady industry that is very resilient to economic downturns. As a result, MedTrainer has experienced consistent growth over the last 10 years.
- **The department offers a clear career path for long-term growth based on individual merit.** Career growth is driven purely on merit based promotions based on performance (quality & business impact). As you continue to grow and invest in your career at MedTrainer, MedTrainer will continue to invest in you. We have a clear path from our entry level position all the way up to Director.
- **The company is growing rapidly.** The services department has doubled over the last 6 months and we are continuing to expand. The company is capturing market share as it is successfully executing on its goal of market leadership.
- **The Mexico Headquarters is a wholly owned subsidiary of the US company.** Everyone at MedTrainer is a full time employee. At MedTrainer we only hire very good humans that we would entrust with our children. Don't worry we won't actually drop our kids off at your place, but we need to know that they'd be in good hands if we did. Respect isn't earned at MedTrainer it is assumed. Good humans inherently treat everyone respectfully. We are all colleagues and partners so this concept is important to our culture.
**L2-Junior Credentialing Specialist 1 is Important Because**
While it is unlikely that you are currently familiar with credentialing, it is mission critical for our customers. Our customers cannot get their Healthcare Professionals working and billing for services until the credentailing work is completed. The work you do has a very meaningful impact on our customers' businesses.
As a Credentialing Specialist 1, you will be immediately working within a team being trained on and working on the credentialing tasks necessary to complete our customers' business objectives. You will be working on "revenue generating" objectives that drive significant business value. The credentialing teams are directly driving the growth and profitability of MedTrainer.
You will be trained and learning right from the start. Everyday will be an investment in your career. You will have the opportunity to drive increasing amounts of business value to MedTrainer which will then drive your compensation and career growth.
**L2-Junior Credentialing Specialist 1 Career Path**
Working at MedTrainer is not just a job, its a high-growth career opportunity with a well defined path to senior level positions. We are committed to growing our colleagues so that they can have a successful career at MedTrainer.
We are so focused on hiring and retaining people looking to build their career that the first two levels "L2-Junior Credentialing Specialist 1" and "L3-Junior Credentialing Specialist 2" allow for staying at these levels for a total of 12 months. This means that if you are doing good work **you can expect to be promoted twice in the first 12 months** of working at MedTrainer.
Most of our employees see this type of growth within the first six months of employment. As a matter of fact, we have several instances of employees jumping from the Credentialing Specialist 1 role directly to "L4-MidLevel Credentialing Specialist". However, if after 12 months, you are not working at the "L4-MidLevel Credentialing Specialist" level then its clear that we don't have a good fit for either of us and the employment is terminated.
