This role focuses on supporting operational excellence initiatives, process improvements, and system implementations. The Junior Finance Analyst will collaborate across FP&A verticals, ensuring data accuracy and transparency while building foundational finance and analytical skills.Responsibilities:Assist in gathering, consolidating, and analyzing data to support FP&A reporting and decision-making processes.Support the implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives across finance verticals.Prepare and maintain documentation for key metrics and processes, contributing to a "one source of truth" for finance data.Collaborate with FP&A teams to identify areas of inefficiency and redundancy, assisting in the development of solutions.Contribute to team communication efforts, such as maintaining reporting templates and assisting with surveys and analysis.Support onboarding and training efforts for new processes and systems.Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus.Please submit your resume in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
