**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or related field, with exposure to financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling tools such as Valutico or Capital IQ is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
- Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis of private companies, including analyzing financial statements, performing valuation modeling, and evaluating potential risks and returns of M&A transactions.
- Valuation & Modeling: Support the development of financial models to assess the financial feasibility and valuation of prospective transactions, using Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and market dynamics to support deal pitches, presentations, and client engagement efforts.
- Due Diligence: Participate in due diligence processes, including gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing due diligence reports, and assisting in the identification of key deal issues.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation of transaction-related documentation, including teasers, offering memorandums, management presentations, and client engagement efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including investment bankers, legal advisors, and clients, to support the execution of transactions and deliver exceptional client service.
- Professional Development: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in financial analysis, modeling techniques, and investment banking concepts through on-the-job learning and professional development resources.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management to contribute to the firm's strategic objectives and business development efforts.

**Offer**:
- Gross Monthly Salary Range: MXN $25,000.00 + (independent contractor)

- Hours: From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
