Job Purpose
Key position within the US Financial Controlling team of AXA IM Americas. The financial controller Jr will elaborate and maintain local financial databases synchronized with ERP and internal systems (FMR, Magnitude, etc), as well as prepare reporting templates, and analysing non staff cost by cost centres with stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Financial database management to fulfil monthly Revenue, P&L and KPI reporting and variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting and dashboards.
Create excel models to run reports efficiently, linking information from different source systems.
Monthly maintenance of accounting and financial report templates, ensuring data consistency between the actual results and the expected/forecasted figures (from Budget and Strategic Plan)
Support Financial controller to build new models, reports and templates needed to fulfil business objectives and stakeholder's expectations.

Role Requirements
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Knowledge and Skills
Full proficiency in English (spoken and written) as this is the principal working language.
A detail-oriented approach – must pay close attention to details and have the drive for accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros & data bases tools. Preferably experience programming in Visual Basic.
Good knowledge and understanding of P&L.
Analytical and Creative Thinker.
Proficient in MS suite (PowerPoint, Word & Office).

Capacity to interact and translate business need to templates and automated reports.
Analysis, planning, organization, and results driven.
