At MedTrainer, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and maintaining the company's visual brand identity.Design and create a variety of marketing materials including one-pagers, ads, infographics, templates, presentations, and more.Work closely with the marketing team, senior designers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design assets.Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, actively contributing ideas for innovation and improvement.QualificationsEnglish Proficiency: Intermediate - advancedExperience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on branding, marketing materials, and other digital projects.Design Tools: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere - last two are optional but a plus) and other design tools like Canva.Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.Collaboration Skills: Ability to work in a cross-functional team, adapting designs based on feedback and development constraints.Additional InformationPersonal AttributesCollaboration and Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from others and share ideas.Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Comfortable with fast-paced environments and able to adjust designs based on feedback or changing project requirements.Problem Solving: A strong ability to approach challenges logically and think critically about design solutions.Proactive: A proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.We OfferOpportunities for professional growth and skill development.Salary ranging from $14,000 to $17,000 (according to experience and skills).A dynamic and creative work environment.Flexible work arrangements (if applicable).Competitive compensation and benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
