At MedTrainer, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interactive Designer to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the design and creation of user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Work closely with senior designers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design assets and prototypes.
- Contribute to the creation of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, actively contributing ideas for innovation and improvement.
**Qualifications**
- ** Advanced English**:
- ** Experience**:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, UI design or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in interactive design or a related discipline, with a portfolio showcasing your work on digital interfaces and user-centric design.
- ** Design Tools**: Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere -last 2 are optional but a plus-) and platforms such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
- ** Front-end Development Understanding**:Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks (optional, but a plus).
- ** Web & Mobile Design**:Responsive design and interaction principles, including layout, navigation, and usability.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and design thinking processes.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team, adapting designs based on feedback and development constraints.
- ** Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.
- ** Portfolio**:A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including examples of interactive designs, prototypes, or other digital projects.
