This role will focus on Corporate SaaS Management & Support, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and User Support. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the security and efficiency of our IT systems and ensuring seamless user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Corporate SaaS Management & Support:Assist in managing and supporting the company's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.Monitor the usage and performance of various SaaS platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies.Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and optimize the performance of SaaS tools.Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all SaaS applications in use and ensure proper licensing.Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:Support the IT team in onboarding new employees, including setting up accounts, providing access to necessary systems, and configuring devices.Ensure the timely and secure offboarding of employees, including deactivating accounts and recovering company assets.Create and update documentation related to the onboarding and offboarding processes.Identity & Access Management (IAM):Assist in managing user accounts and access rights across various systems and applications.Participate in the regular review and auditing of access rights to ensure compliance with company policies.Support the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.User Support:Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents in a timely manner.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for frequently encountered issues and solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background:Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
