Join us on this exciting journey and contribute to our continued success.You will be based at our headquarters in West London, South Ruislip.QualificationsResponsibilitiesLead body structures engineeringAssist in designing and developing mechanical systems, products, and components using computer-aided design (CAD) software within packaging constraints.Contribute to the development of Technical Specifications, Engineering Statements of Work (ESOWs), and Targets.Support the selection and specification of materials, components, and equipment required for projects and create detailed CAD drawings.Participate in feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess the viability of designs.Assist in identifying and resolving design or manufacturing issues using CAD and analysis tools.Aid in providing schemes, final designs, and release drawings that meet project requirements.Support the creation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI) documents and assist in supplier engagement.Help with engineering activities carried out by suppliers and partners, including design, development, testing, validation, and manufacturing.Provide technical support to technicians and assist in the assembly and production of initial systems.Support the engineering release process from initial concept to final manufacturing drawings.Assist in the generation and maintenance of system and component-level Design Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (DFMEAs).Support the development and management of Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) schedules
