Junior Media Accounting Coordinator

We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated student with attention to detail to join our team in Finance. In this positionEphesoft. Ephesoft is an optical character recognition (OCR) software that extracts data from our vendor invoices to remitpayment. Having attention to detail and able to troubleshoot issues is required. As time allows additional ad hoc tasks asappropriate.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Reviewing and validating data extraction within our Ephesoft software program.- Understanding vendor invoices and identifying data for extraction.- Identifying vendor updates and following appropriate steps for resolution.- Effectively identifying and resolving discrepant invoices in Locksmith; including all related tasks necessary for- resolution.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Strong communication, time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.- High level of attention to details.- Ability to work independently and efficiently.- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.- Ability to analyze problems, identify alternate solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement- recommendations in support of goals.- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
