**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to player inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.
- Assist players with game-related questions, troubleshooting, and account issues.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions, showing empathy and understanding towards player concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Document and report recurring player issues to the senior support team.
- Contribute to the development of player support resources, such as FAQs and tutorials.
- Stay informed about game updates, changes, and known issues to provide accurate information.
- Promote positive interactions within the gaming community and help enforce forum rules.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for gaming and a good understanding of game mechanics.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing support needs.
- Basic technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot common gaming issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

**Wage**:

- 18,000.00 MXN/Monthly
