We value dedication, energy, and reliability in our team members and seek like-minded individuals who share our work ethic.Position Description: Hazel Management/Flat Fee Landlord is seeking a Jr Property Manager to support our growing residential portfolio. As a Jr Property Manager, you will be the face of our business, interacting with prospective tenants, current residents, landlords, vendors, and our team. Delivering world-class customer service, you will handle leasing properties, conduct inspections, coordinate property preparations, process security deposits, make recommendations for improvements, oversee evictions, and provide flexible assistance in administrative and service-related capacities. We prioritize the growth and education of our team members.Responsibilities and Duties:- Communicate effectively with tenants, residents, homeowners, vendors, and staff across our portfolio.- Coordinate efficient "make-ready" processes to ensure properties are ready for new residents.- Process security deposits and exercise judgment in withholding funds if necessary.- Oversee, coordinate, conduct, and document eviction processes.- Monitor vendor contracts, tax information, licensing, and insurance certificates.- Supervise maintenance work orders for assigned properties, ensuring follow-up and completion.- Administer lease renewals for assigned properties.- Respond promptly and effectively to homeowners' and tenants' questions, requests, concerns, and comments via telephone, in person, and online.- Maintain open communication with Team Lead or Portfolio Manager.- Enforce company policies and lease agreements.Qualifications and Skills:- Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.- Excellent customer service abilities.- High level of organization and attention to detail for leases, inspections, and property preparations.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Capable of creating and maintaining schedules using an online calendar.- Professional, flexible, and a team player.- Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.- Proficiency in office management software, specifically Propertyware.- Comfortable with technology and video conferencing.- Knowledgeable about social media platforms, current apps, and technologies.Compensation/Benefits:- Remote WorkTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- De guardia- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- 5 years: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- English (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad de turnos:- Turno diurno (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Remote
