Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Engineering Systems Associate with experience in CAD/ PDM software to support our Engineering Systems Supervisor and Facilitator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our systems and supporting various engineering processes.Key Responsibilities:Provide system management, support, and enhancement of existing PDM and CAD applications.Fulfill or assist with test data, drawing, and model requests.Assist the Engineering Systems Supervisor to create and update project folders in the current PDM system.Create system documentation, procedures, work instructions, and end-user training materials.Conduct periodic training for new and existing personnel.Assist with PDM & CAD applications upgrades, testing, and evaluations.Check out, revise, and check in CAD models and drawings in the Windchill PDM system.Create and route ECNs to release new and updated drawings and models.Fulfill and/or assist with the creation of drawings' Cross Reference Pages (aka 2nd pages).Professionally communicate both verbally and in writing with customers, vendors, and project members.Other Functions:Use CAD to revise parts and drawings.Fulfill product information lookup requests in the ERP system.Understand and contribute to the company and department objectives and goals.Report bi-monthly project progress to the Engineering Systems Supervisor.Attend training opportunities and read publications to improve personal and business skills.Offer suggestions or ideas on new products or department processes.Other duties as assigned.Education:Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive Engineering/ Industrial Engineering.Advanced English Knowledge is a must.Skills and Knowledge Required:1 year minimum Windchill experience required or similar PDM.Completion of basic Mechanical Drafting course required.1 year minimum CAD 2D/3D detailing experience required.1 year experience in an engineering environment required.Experience with SolidWorks and Catia software.Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products.Motivated, innovative, stable, self-confident, and professional.Technical writing skills required.Verbal communication skills required.We are looking for extraordinary people like you!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Starting from $20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Medical expense insuranceMajor medical expense insuranceCafeteria serviceGrocery vouchersSupplementary Pay:Productivity bonusWork Schedule:Monday to FridayApplication Questions:Years of experience with SolidWorks or CATIA (required minimum 1 year)?Experience with Windchill (required minimum 1 year)?Language:Conversational English?
