.**Junior Program Manager**We are currently looking for a Junior Program Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone who is upbeat, super organized, can multi-task, and is motivated to grow their career as a Program Manager. You'll gain experience working in the tech industry, working with clients remotely, and developing stronger project management skills.This role works closely with OEM Program Managers to launch successful partnerships and programs. You'll frequently attend virtual customer meetings, manage project task sheets, follow up on support or account management issues as needed, review data and determine actionable insights to share with customers, and assist the team with audits, project planning, and more.This position will begin as a supporting role for OEM Program Managers, with the opportunity to advance into a senior Program Manager role.**Here is more of what you'll get to do**:- Responsible for working with the OEM Program Management Team on our top programs and projects- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by organizing and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis- Manage a fast-paced workload and add value to multiple projects simultaneously- Assist in the design, development, launch, and operations of many initiatives- Lead some projects independently and eventually manage some OEM programs**You'll thrive in this role if you have**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but 3-4 years of relevant work experience are acceptable substitutes- 2+ years in a customer-facing role- Related experience in project management or account management- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Critical thinking and troubleshooting expertise- Detail oriented and self-motivated- Experience with a project management software preferred- Experience with CRM software preferred- Software design and developmental knowledge preferred**About Us**:Our family of brands includes Dealer Spike, ARI Network Services, Inc.
