Reporting to our Senior Paid Media Director, Regional Lead, you will improve programmatic campaigns across RTB platforms, striving to refine tactics and produce results for our advertisers.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive analysis to inform our client's strategies and deliver valuable insights.Work with the Media Team to strategize media allocation and make informed decisions regarding advertiser investments.Develop client insights to inform our client's strategies.Work with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.QualificationsMinimum of two years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment.Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP Platforms (DV360, Amazon DSP), attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform.Experience with innovation.Experience in numerical detail and analysis.Advanced Excel skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities.Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing.Positive thinker, with levels of evident enthusiasm.Open, honest and direct, is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback.The ability to discuss difficult situations with ease.A valued team player, who upholds Jellyfish values.Note: We emphasize skills, expertise and behavioral attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
