This is a multifaceted role that requires work with diverse disciplinary groups of Engineers and Project Managers.**Why Join Knight Piésold?**- You will be joining a reputable, well-established global consulting firm with nearly 100 years of industry experience.- We believe in the One Team approach, with everyone working together toward achieving a shared goal.**The Role**:To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of project workflows from proposal to project closure, and should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver results on deadlines and with high quality standards.**Responsibilities**:- Support project managers with project activities from proposal stage to closure.- Assisting on a multitude of project activities including, but not limited to:- Scheduling- Invoicing- Elaborating cost estimates- Elaborating monthly progress reports- Processing expense reports- Attending project kickoffs/closeouts- Providing travel assistance, including booking and tracking travel itineraries- Assisting with backup duties for the Front Desk Office Administrator- Format documents that are submitted to external Clients following up quality standard guidelines.- Organizing and filing project related documents.- Performing other duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Bilingual in Spanish and English.- Bachelor's degree in administration, business, or a related field.- Availability to work full-time.- Possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, customer service and interaction skills.- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Adobe.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including sound knowledge of grammar and punctuation.- Possess strong organizational and administrative skills.- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.- Be able to read and understand bid and contract documents (preferred).- Be able to represent the company in a professional and positive manner.- Have proven attention to detail and exceptional organization skills.
