We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Engineer who will lead the implementation of our ERP system and manage operations at our stores.
This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or someone about to graduate in the fields of Mechanical, Electromechanical, or IT Engineering to grow their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**:Lead the implementation of an ERP system.Actively participate in store operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of all jobs and responsibilities.
This includes acting as a store manager for an initial period of 3 months.Source and organize technical and maintenance classes for store employees.Work alongside the supply chain and IT teams on improvement projects, taking charge of the administrative part of internal logistics.Some travel required to Monterrey, Riviera, Guadalajara, Querétaro, and San Miguel.Required Skills and Knowledge:Project Management: Ability to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.Coding: Experience with Python and other programming languages.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of systems and operations.Computer Science: Knowledge of SQL, familiarity with WMS, and understanding of information systems management.Analytics: Proficient in Excel (know at least formulas like index, match, vlookup, etc.)
but preferably VBA.
Familiarity with supply chain processes.Engineering: Basic technical mechanic knowledge, know how to fix things.
Familiarity with ERP systems.Design: Ability to conceptualize and implement new systems and processes.Troubleshooting: Problem-solving skills, especially in technical and operational issues.Risk Management: Ability to identify and manage potential risks in operations and projects.
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, IT Engineering, or related field.
