.Responsibilities include but are not limited to; - Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Help to develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets.- Assist in the setup and onboarding of new client teams.- Coordinate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders.- Assist in the development of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Help to ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.- Help to ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations.- Support Senior Project Managers & Project Management Leads with any additional duties as required.- Documentation management utilizing tools such as: Google Suite, Asana, Miro, and others.- Providing quality assurance on deliverables for final assets.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- 1-2 years of experience in project management.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in project management software and tools.- Experience working with a creative team, and/or with a digital and/or media-buying team.- Ability to work in EST hours M-F.- English speaking fluency is required**Preferred Skills**- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.**Benefits****About Us**:We are Performance Branding experts, working with scalable and enterprise brands including Nike, The North Face, Vans, and Proximo Spirits.
