Junior Sales ConsultantA Junior Sales Consultant at K2 Partnering Solutions distinguishes themselves by excelling at prospecting new clients, as well as identifying, attracting and assessing talent.Responsibilities Responsible for selling the full portfolio of K2 services and lead generation through outbound sales/prospecting activities: cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, networking events/sites, etc.Support the recruitment sales and engagement function to deliver against sales targets and contribute to long-term strategic growth.Stay aware of market trends and general business conditions that could impact or drive the growth of existing business.Achieve individual daily, monthly, and team targets.
Requirements & Skills Bachelors Degree or equivalent.0-1 years of experience in a sales or recruitment role.Strong time management skills.Basic understanding of B2B sales.Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English.
