Are you ready to drive sales growth with Kellanova? Join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will analyze and understand market dynamics and customer needs to develop actionable plans that maximize sales. You'll collaborate with customers to align and negotiate commercial plans across Convenience, Distributors, and Modern Trade.
You will be responsible of ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale (POS) in your assigned territory, adhering to the commercial plan and established procedures (KWOW). You'll provide valuable insights on category performance and shopper behavior, helping us enhance our strategies. This role is based in Tijuana
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Identify Opportunities**: Collaborate with various business areas to spot product rotation opportunities at point of sale by analyzing market data and customer performance.
**Customer Visits**: Conduct visits to customer locations to identify ways to enhance product rotation and gather feedback on commercial activities.
**Sales Targets**: Negotiate trading volumes and monitor compliance with sales targets, conducting business reviews to strengthen customer relationships.
**POS Implementation**: Ensure effective execution of the business plan at the POS, tracking the implementation of demand-generating activities and fostering relationships with managers.
**Leadership and Development**: Align priorities with retail environments and identify training opportunities for external merchandisers to enhance their skills.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's degree.
+2 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Desirable).
**Specific Experience Managing**: Field sales and Third party merchandising.
**Knowledge required on**: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel & HFS (Distributors) and Key customers across geographies. (Desirable).
**Proven skills required**: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
Intermediate English level.
