Support the organization by providing asset protection and security operations program oversight across the Juarez facility portfolio in collaboration with Global Security.- Maintain a security awareness culture among the personnel by promoting situational awareness and sharing information related to security conditions and trends. Develop and conduct security awareness training as needed.- In coordination with Global Security, review and implement security operational standards, policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and response plans in order to protect personnel and company assets.- Manage relationships with contracted security providers including contract process and budget along with overseeing day-to-day operations of contracted security staff. Conduct training for contracted security staff and serve as a 24/7 point of escalation for staff.- Work closely with other divisions particularly, HR, IT, Finance, Legal, EHS, Operations and Internal Audit to ensure alignment across the spectrum of security services and programs offered in the Juarez facilities.- Assist with the oversight and maintenance of security and safety systems and equipment such as fire and intrusion alarm systems, access control, video management and visitor management systems along with vendor oversight including related contracts and budget.- Provide support to the Regional Crisis Management Team and Global Security's incident and crisis management processes.- Prepare written security incident reports, status updates and presentations for Juarez Site Leadership and Global Security.- Coordinate security support for special events, business meetings and travelers as required.- Establish and maintain effective liaison with local/state law enforcement and external security partnerships in support of Global Security's mission.- Stay current on security trends and technology for safeguarding assets and people and benchmarks with industry peers.- Other duties as assigned.**Requirements**:**Essential**- Bachelor's degree in security relevant field and/or equivalent experience- 5+ years of experience in the physical security industry- Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components- Understanding of crisis communications and operations, using risk management methodologies- Experience with access control and other security systems- At least one year of experience working a manufacturing facility- Advanced use of English- Advanced use of Microsoft office tools**Preferred**- One or more professional certifications, such as PSP, CCP, CISSP, or other comparable certifications**Benefits**- Private Health Insurance- Paid Time Off- Training & Development
