This includes configuration, basic development, and customizations such as creating workflows, reports, and integrating third-party software. You will work closely with senior team members, stakeholders, and internal customers to enhance the platform while building your expertise in ServiceNow development.Key Responsibilities:Assist in building and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, reports, and dashboards.Support the design, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of system changes under the guidance of senior team members.Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation.Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving enterprise platform-related processes.Learn and apply new ServiceNow features and modules to support platform growth.Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve basic system issues to ensure system health.Work on data migration, basic scripting, and system integrations as needed.Provide ongoing support for end users by resolving ServiceNow-related issues.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or administration.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Familiarity with development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Basic understanding of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts.Experience with building workflows, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.Exposure to REST/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON is a plus.Eagerness to learn and grow in a ServiceNow development role.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
