Familiarity with quality and standardization standards (ISO, ANSI, etc.).
Knowledge to develop FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control Plan.
Familiarity with various manufacturing processes for HVAC piping and assemblies.
Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
Ability to analyze and improve existing processes.
