Junior Team Leader Program Management

**Responsibilities**:
Ø **Be the support to the Assistant project leader or Minor model project leader. Manage and control action items as project assistant leader for new model development project internally and externally with the customer as a project team.**

Ø **Communicate with the customer & internal support departments to accomplish new model project target of customer and company.**

Ø **Support to create project management schedule (SAP, Commitment) and hold each event and meeting between customer and internal project team.**

Ø **Support to all internal teams in the evaluation and time plan impact for new customer request or engineering changes and report back to Customer.**

Ø **Support to organize project concerns and countermeasures to report and solve issue with customer and internal team members, with preparing report documents and meeting notes at each event.**

Ø **Support on the coordination & preparation of information for the Regular Customer Project Management Reviews.**

Ø **Support to hold internal evaluation meeting based on company development instructions and definition and create report documents. Also support to create meeting minutes to implement items which is directed by evaluator, with project team members.**

Ø **Participate customer event on site at customer facility in Puebla and event delivery parts review at our factory in Silao, GTO with preparing all materials within a team.(Business trip is required)**

Ø **Support Program management department to maintain process flow of**

**department job and working process with creating control documents with management.**

Ø **Suport IATF, VDA Audit to maintain department job flow.**

**Skills/Requirements**:
Ø **Required business level of Spanish and English skills to communicate with customer and support department. (Business & Technical knowledge)**

**German and Japanese are also welcome.**

Ø **Required operation skill of Microsoft office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, proficient in Microsoft Office tools.**

**3D CAD or viewer software experience is also welcome.**

Ø **Appropriate and good attitude to work, learn, communicate and follow up to be representative of department & company.**

Ø **Proven teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.**

Ø **Required overtime work and business trip with staying weeks at hotel accordingly.**

Ø **Required basic skill & knowledge of German OEM development process flow to manage projects, such as knowledge of Lion, BeOn, Formel Q, QPN, CPM etc.**
