MedTrainer is an innovator in the healthcare industry, changing the landscape of technology offers with the Medtrainer Platform Solution comprised of our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS), our core focus on Compliance Training as well our Managed Services offering in Credentialing and Compliance Management.Job DescriptionDaily activities:Ensure employees' pay profiles are complete and accurate in our CRM.Submit amendments for W-2s.Follow up with employees to ensure tax settings are correct before the end of the year.Submit Sales and Use Tax registrations for new states.Follow up with Workers Comp and ensure compliance.Process payroll, off-cycle manual checks, and termination checks when the Payroll Specialist is out of office.Document Payroll and Tax procedures by creating manuals and policies.Submit quarterly wage reports and tax filings.Respond to unemployment claims.Register new state jurisdictions when necessary.QualificationsProfile requirements:Must be proficient in English (speaking, writing and listening)Attention to DetailCritical/Analytical ThinkingInitiativeTime ManagementSense of UrgencyTeamworkExperience in:Verbal and written communication with American employees, clients, and/or providers.US payroll.Resolving escalated issues.Data analysis.Generating reports.Ability to compose clear and concise emails and other written messages.Additional InformationWe Offer:Major medical expenses insuranceLunch, Breakfast, drinks and snacksDiscount coupons in different medical specialtiesThe opportunity for some home office based upon performance#J-18808-Ljbffr
