Job Description:The Junior Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient organization of resources, and coordinating the team to guarantee that products are stored and dispatched accurately and on time. This role collaborates with other departments to meet operational goals and optimize logistics processes.
Experiencia y requisitos
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: o Oversee daily activities related to receiving, storage, and distribution. o Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). o Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inventory Control: o Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits. o Identify discrepancies in inventory and propose corrective actions. o Utilize inventory management tools (ERP or similar software).
• Team Management: o Supervise and lead a team of warehouse operators. o Provide training and development to staff on best practices and safety standards. o Foster a safe and motivating work environment.
• Compliance and Safety: o Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. o Implement preventive measures to avoid workplace accidents.
• Process Optimization: o Suggest improvements to optimize storage space and processing times. o Collaborate on implementing technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferably in supervisory roles).
• Valid visa.
• Advanced English - (Bilingual).
• Experience with personnel management.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with warehouse management tools (WMS, ERP, advanced Excel).
• Knowledge of inventory control and logistics.
• Understanding of warehouse safety and health regulations.
