We are looking for a motivated **Junior Warehouse Operations Specialist** to join our team. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with customer support, ensuring smooth processes and excellent client communication, particularly in urgent situations.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and dispatching goods, as well as unloading deliveries.
- Register incoming shipments, maintain stock records, and manage product reception, storage, and dispatch.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely product supply and shipment.
- Prepare reports and analyze warehouse performance indicators.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to product warranties.
- Inspect returned devices using specialized tools to assess warranty eligibility.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum associate degree is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Ability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Strong organizational skills to independently manage daily tasks, including packing products, organizing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Fluent in Spanish and English to support international communication.
- Attention to detail for accurate order retrieval by quantity, size, and other specifics.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move goods efficiently in a warehouse environment as required by job tasks.
- Proficiency in basic computer or hand-held device operations.

**Work Schedule**

Pay: $22,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
