TGT Diagnostics is launching our first Global Graduate Development Programme for Log Analysis and Interpretation!

Our Programme is designed to support outstanding young individuals and recent graduates to start their careers in the Oil and Gas Industry as Junior Well Log analysts.

TGT's Graduate Development Programme for Log Analysis and Interpretation is a blend of scholarship and mentorship activities, on-the-job training, and global team projects that will be held in the TGT Head Quarters office in the UAE and the home locations of the trainees. The target of the programme is to equip young talents with the skills and knowledge, develop their potential, and support the transition from university to their new journey as oil and gas professionals.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Handle the data loading, processing, interpretation, and report generation for the assigned job promptly.
- Provide LQC (Log Quality Control) support to the field.
- Contribute to internal presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Abide by all QHSE rules and regulations.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised institute or university, preferably in Reservoir & Production Engineering, Geology and Geophysics.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good technical writing skills.
- Proactivity and willingness to communicate with clients.
