Through our household brands, like Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellman's and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:KAE is responsible for developing and executing joint business plans, with the objective of delivery business growth drivers (USG and end-to-end business management sell-in/sell-out execution) and market development (Grip-Grow) with profitability, building strong and productive customer relationships.Responsible for searching and proposing new clients and channel growth opportunities.To increase brand share/penetration in assigned customers by building excellent business relationships with customers via solution selling.Main point of contact for these key customers.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES: 2MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:Develop annual and monthly customer account plan for assigned accounts according to Grip-Grow Strategy to ensure turnover, volume, distribution, Sell In/Out, and gross margin target are met.Do up analysis by customer in order to identify both short and long term business opportunity together with action plan which is in line with FS strategy/direction.Formulate and maintain UFS sales standard operating procedures such as work plan, basic selling process, time management, effective coverage, stocks management, accounts receivable, operational expenses and other related sales functions and activities to achieve sales force efficiency.Implement agreed business development strategies for assigned account/s.Gain insight & understanding into chain operators and leverage these commercial insights with operator marketing to create sustainable profitable business for both parties.Drive Solution / Concept selling via ideation sessions and manage entire process from initial stage to launch stage.Negotiate on price with customer to ensure the total volume and profit target are met.Build up strong relationship with customers by high quality services and solutions.Co-ordinate with internal and external business support from Chef, Gastronomic Consultant, Distributor Sales people, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing and related functions in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.LEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED: Bachelor Degree.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED?Customer/channel strategist: Understand customer/channel to sharply develop customer/channel strategy and joint customer business plan
