A Multinational Agribusiness Company is looking for a Key Account Manager (Coffee) to join our team in our Puebla office. This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts in Mexico regarding Coffee division. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Account Manager is responsible for establishing strategy, action plans among addressing client issues and responding to questions.Based in Puebla, Mexico**Key responsibilities**:**Business Engagement & Key Account Management**- Driving sales and customer relationship management, mainly in the B2B segment.- Enabling business Development for coffee and identify opportunities in this space for the company to increase participation.- Monitoring execution of the business by coordinating with the shipment teams.- Overseeing payments and credit exposures (if any) for the trades executed.- Supervising logistics and support staff to ensure Inventory management, stock ageing, rejections, debtors, customer complaints and vendor payables.- Understanding key market trends of the coffee Industry, markets and our customers' requirements.- Enlightening the customer on the company sustainability efforts including initiatives like certifications, traceability, and supply chain differentiation.**Business Development**- To open new accounts and drive sales volume growth for our products in the Mexican market. Develop an in-depth understanding of the downstream side of business i.E. manufacturing element, trade and brokered part of supply chain.- Understanding customer requirement in terms of quality, characteristics, end usage and be able to suggest best product from company portfolio to customer**Customer Delight**- Unearthing new products that can be added on the portfolio with synergies across supply chain.- Solving some of customer's problem and get an increased share of wallet.**Ideal Person**- Loves to travel and cares about customer's problem while keeping in mind company's commercial interest for a win-win relationship.- Strong connect and experience of working with top retailers, preferably in the agricultural commodities space.- Experience of working as a private label supplier/ manufacturer Or with a retailer as a buyer of food products.- Strong commercial skills to enable and deliver business goals.- Strategic and preferred partner of customer and successfully deliver win-win for both Company and customer requirements.- Ambitious about building career in food industry.
