If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended_.- Job Details: Responsible for joint business planning within market partners distributors for the total trade in Central America and South America markets to drive expansion, volume and profit of Tyson Portfolio.
Also, responsible for planning, organizing and developing sales and marketing brand building strategies to maximize sales performance and brand awareness.
Responsible for managing promotional budget to build a strong promotional grid on key markets/customers.
They will address execution issues, customer inquiries, analyze sales reports, trends, promotional performance and financials to make required adjustments or capitalize opportunities.Objectives:- Negotiate and guide the execution of the annual sales plan target and promotional budget meeting company´s goals.- Develop Joint Business Plans with Key Accounts within the territory aligned with the distributor.
Conducts monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews within market distributor and key accounts in Central and South America.- Supervise the execution of sales programs to deliver results and provide sales updates to business partners.- Perform all administrative functions needed by the company & training within assigned distributors sales teams and accounts to assure the correct business performance and compliance.Job Functions:- Build and execute the sales plan for the assigned territories delivering the goals set by the organization.- Track portfolio performance on markets and define best mix per customer/channel.- Manage the trade spend allowance for the customers in the territory.- Identify market trend and opportunities to expand relevant portfolio and/or initiatives.- Have weekly follow up meetings with key distributors and customers.- Set monthly Business Reviews with key distributors and brokers.- Own and Control P&L performance in his/her territories.- Evaluate competitors activations at POS.- Internal presentation to key players on the organization.- Track order status and support order cycle settlement.Competences:- Sales Negotiation- Financial Knowledge- Solid Communication skills (Oral and Written Presentation)- Planning and Organizing- Customer Service Orientation- Driving for Results- Integrity- TeamworkExperience:- 1 year of experience in Sales Management, Market Development and Brands Development.- 1 year In Project Management.- Relocation Assistance Eligible:No- Work Shift:- Tyson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
