Key Responsibilities:Direct supervisor of the Key Account Management team members.Develop and implement account plans for key accounts.Provide continuous coaching, training, and development opportunities for key account team to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.Monitor the performance of inside sales team members and provide regular feedback in performance evaluations.
