With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be Develop and cultivate strong relationships within our customers based on a joint business plan and the construction of a profitable business.Drive results and excellence in all key performance indicators: sell-out, SOV, SOM, sell through, and distribution through a deep understanding of channel and customer dynamics, trends, and needs. Comply with sales objectives in each customer.Collaborate with a sell-out mindset within the team. Develop an effective way to work with customers, customer marketing, marketing, and peers.Develop and manage the joint business plan for clients based on the delivery of business priorities.Manage the performance of accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis, working with clients to guarantee delivery of the forecast and budget in line with Bacardi targets.Act as the leading contact with the client, creating professional and effective long-term relationships with customers.Communicate effectively with clients to seek input to improve products and services and solve day-to-day operational questions/problems.Align and set clear priorities for brand activation and commercial activities while managing the assigned budget within the area.Develop a Measure and Evaluation (M&E) culture within the team.Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.Measure of Success SO: Achieve SO targets vs Budget & IBP.NSV: Achieve NSV targets vs Budget & IBP.NSV per case: Deliver mix of sales vs Budget & IBP.Credit & Collection: Recover monthly and Quarter cash collection within the target.Comply with all the processes within the channel (IBP, M&E, CREDIT NOTES).
