In this role, you'll be responsible for developing mastery in the processes you are assigned to, while also spearheading continuous improvement initiatives aimed at eliminating losses—whether it's reducing waste, minimizing complaints, addressing defects, enhancing safety conditions, or improving operational efficiencies and rates.
You'll be at the forefront of creating a more efficient and effective production environment, ensuring that every aspect of the process aligns with our performance standards. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Own and lead improvement projects using KWS-CIPO tools and methodologies to eliminate waste, address inefficiencies, and reduce variability in the production process. Support Innovation and Process Changes: Actively support innovation, renovation, and process changes (e.g., equipment upgrades or material changes) by adopting MOC (Management of Change) processes and ensuring proper process control and stability. Data Monitoring and Analysis: Define critical data systems (CTQ/CTP), monitor trends, and participate in data analysis to identify abnormalities, reduce variability, and implement corrective actions. Capability Building: Responsible for training front-line leaders and operators when processes are renewed or standardized, ensuring proper adoption of best practices and procedures. Safety and Quality Focus: Co-lead safety, quality, and energy loss investigations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and finished product quality through process standardization and continuous improvement tools. We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related. English proficiency. Good management of SPC (Statistical process control) tools and Advance problem solving tools. Desired Experience with Statistical Process Control Knowledge and tools application in the industry massive consumption beverages or food industry. What's Next
