This includes the development of new systems and integration of existing systems with designs, maintenance, updates, enhancements, and remodeling focused on reducing impact and risks. The Regional Manager will provide advice to business and functional leaders in the region. As a trusted security business partner, they support regional business leaders in security matters in conjunction with the Group General Counsel and Global Legal COEs, proactively protecting Kerry's reputation and managing potential risks and liabilities.Key responsibilities• Design the Corporate Security and Protection Program based on Kerry fundamentals to provide support to operations in LAtAm.• Accomplish the Personal On-Board program to protect people through specific strategies focused on self-prevention, public risk management, and a Security Culture that involves the entire organization.• Provide support, training, and guidelines to identify the best ways to solve Crisis Situations and Special Situations that the business may encounter during operations through Protocols, Crisis Committees, and Crisis Exercises.• Send the reports requested by the operation according to the schedule, priority, and impact.• Design and implement the Security program for travelers, expats, and business travel to avoid incidents and reduce impact; utilizing early warnings, opening communication channels, and updating information according to the real country risk while working with Corporate Security to implement the right security countermeasures.• Implement Security Policies to provide support during Professional Events to identify risks and mitigate impacts using security countermeasures and recommendations, performing inspections, identifying support points, and delivering security reports with the host to implement recommendations to avoid incidents.• Perform Risk Analysis to determine the real risk level of Kerry facilities to implement security countermeasures associated with Detection, Retard, Deter, Deny, Response, and Recovery, seeking the best options at optimal cost.• Collaborate with IT Security to create the Information Security program to reduce incidents associated with PCs, document administration, Clean Desk policies, classification, and proper destruction methods.Main Challenges• Management of an effective response channel to provide support when people, processes, operations, or products could be affected by incidents, ensuring safety and reducing loss and impact.• Being a strategic ally within the company to participate in all decisions made by the staff, effectively becoming a Security Business Partner for Local, Regional, and Global Security.• Promoting a Security Culture within the organization through active and ongoing participation of employees, suppliers, and contractors.Qualifications and skills• Bachelor's degree in Security Administration or a related field.• At least 7 years of experience in the private security sector as a corporate security manager, focusing on People, Facilities, Crisis Management, Special Situation Management, Supply Chain Security, and Distribution based on Risk Assessments and Strategic Security.• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certification by ASIS.• Expertise in Security Crisis Management, Security Investigations (Internal & External), Security Risk Management, Special Situation Management, Security in Mass Events, Strategic Security, and Supply Chain Security.• Fluent in English.
