The Key Account Manager - On Field will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the logistics sector.
This role involves direct, on-site interaction with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery, address issues, and identify opportunities for expanding business.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.Service Delivery and Optimization: Ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics services that meet or exceed client expectations.Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and provide insights and feedback to internal teams to support strategic decision-making.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales, service levels, and client feedback.
