This role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and acting as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the main point of contact for key automotive clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.Logistics Coordination:Oversee and coordinate transportation schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.Monitor shipments to proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues.Collaborate with internal departments to align operations with client expectations.Account Performance Monitoring:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for accounts, such as delivery times, costs, and service quality.Prepare regular performance reports and communicate results to clients and management.Process Optimization:Identify opportunities to streamline logistics and transportation processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.Work closely with the Operations and Customs teams to ensure compliance with regional regulations.Issue Resolution:Address and resolve operational issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.Client Support:Provide clients with insights and updates on their logistics activities, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and service agreements tailored to client needs.Minimum Requirements:Fluent English is a mustBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation, specifically working with the automotive sector.Proven ability to manage complex accounts and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes within the automotive industry.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve operational performance.Experience with key account management in a multinational logistics or transportation company.Knowledge of customs procedures and cross-border logistics operations
